Terms & Conditions
All treatments are subject to availability; therefore we would recommend that bookings are made well in advance.
Appointments
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Arriving Late may interfere with your treatment as all appointments will end at their scheduled times so the next guest will not be delayed.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Clients canceling an appointment within 12 hours of the original time will incur the full cost of the treatment. All bookings will require credit card or laser card details in order to confirm appointments.
For Your Health & Safety
Children are not permitted in any area of the Treatment Suites. If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, pregnant or any medical complications we advise you consult with your doctor prior to your visit. Please ensure to disclose all relevant information at time of booking so that we can suggest an alternative treatment where necessary to avoid disappointment on arrival.
